When: Season 4, finale
Necessary Background Tea: Reality Von Teese was an anonymous Instagram account and self-described “hot tea hoe” that posted about all the Housewives. It knew so much that it had to be an inside job.
The 'OMG' Moment: With all their castmates gathered at the beach, Heather Gay reveals Monica Garcia to be the woman behind the curtain - or the manicured fingers behind the iPhone, rather. Heather scathes, “Monica is not who she says she is. She’s not our friend. She’s someone that has schemed and worked to infiltrate our friend group. And the name that you all know her as, the woman whose birthday was celebrated, who we’ve been trying to champion and support and defend is Reality Von Tease.”
Notable Fallout: After the bombshell revelation, in her confessional, Monica’s reaction was simple: “Even Gossip Girl couldn’t stay Gossip Girl forever.” Since then, it’s been revealed that Monica wasn’t working alone and actually had a whole team of sources by her side.

Necessary Background Tea: When Kordell left for Casa Amor, his relationship with Serena seemed like it’d be solid enough to survive the test. But it didn’t take much for bombshell Daia to turn Kordell’s head, resulting in a strong physical connection of their own. Meanwhile, Serena had decided not to share her bed with a newcomer in the main villa in order to stay loyal to Kordell.
The 'OMG' Moment: After Kordell recouples with Daia, and returns to the main villa, Serena decides to confront him head-on: “I’m disappointed, but not surprised. I knew that once he got a little attention and he could get his little petey wacker wet a little bit, he was going to go for it,” she quipped, before raising her middle finger, licking it, and moving it to her derrière.
Notable Fallout: Serena also references a video of Kordell and Daia “dry humping,” which had been sent to the entire villa. So not only did Kordell do her dirty, but Serena had the receipts to prove it. While the drama left Serena single and vulnerable for a time, it helped Kordell realize the true depth of his feelings for her and they paired back up later in the season.

Necessary Background Tea: While Rocky Dakota was busy trying to put deckhand Emile Kotze into the friend zone, Eddie Lucas was dealing with problems in his own long distance relationship.
The 'OMG' Moment: When Rocky confesses to a secret affair with Eddie, the crew is quick to take Eddie’s side - especially since he denies the whole thing even happened. But a few episodes later, Eddie finally comes clean about the affair.
Notable Fallout: Turns out, Rocky and Eddie had managed to keep their “boatmance” under wraps by hooking up in the laundry room. While Eddie claimed that the affair was finished, Rocky countered, adding that the pair had actually gotten together twice more after the cameras stopped rolling. Eddie ended up leaving the show after the season aired. Viewers suspect it was to take care of his romance woes back at home; he and his girlfriend ultimately parted ways.

Necessary Background Tea: Cassidy and Grant had their hearts set on each other from day one in the villa - until Grant brutally dumped Cassidy for Tayla. Cassidy managed to build a new relationship with Dom, until Grant decided to break them up, too.
The 'OMG' Moment: The villa is thrown into chaos when Cassidy boldly recouples with Grant, putting his bond with Tayla at risk in the process. Of the move, Grant responds, “To be honest, I’m uncomfortable with how this is and I’m speechless.”
Notable Fallout: Caught in the crosshairs, Tayla calls Cassidy a “snake,” and a fiery love triangle is born.

Necessary Background Tea: Aviva Drescher had been at odds with the other castmates all season, especially about her supposed asthma diagnosis. The other women just couldn’t believe Aviva actually had asthma.
The 'OMG' Moment: It all came to a head at a cast dinner, when Aviva decided enough was enough. She dramatically pulled off her prosthetic leg and slammed it on the dinner table, declaring, "The only thing that’s artificial or fake about me... is this!" Shortly afterward she threw it across the table.
Notable Fallout: “I wanted them to shut the f*ck up and I figured if I slam my leg on the table, that will work!” Aviva, who lost her leg during a childhood accident, commented on the incident. “I just wanted to show people that amputees can do anything: walking, running, or throwing it across the room. Can my other castmates take a leg off? No!”
