Actually, About That Ulysses Joke In 'Iron Man 2'...

Redditor u/FolkerD points out Rockwell's character in Iron Man 2 makes a joke that actually doesn't fall far from events that actually happened in real life:

Justin Hammer's "It will make Ulysses look like it was written in crayon" joke in Iron Man 2 (2010) is actually true. I am rewatching the entire MCU ('cause why else would you get Disney+?) and just finished Iron Man 2. When Justin Hammer is showcasing the weapons to put into the Mark II, he boasts about the (terribly named) Ex-Wife: "If it was any smarter, it would write a book. It would write a book that would make Ulysses look like it was written in crayon.

Fun fact: Ulysses was actually written in crayon - at least in part - because James Joyce was nearly blind at that point due to an ocular illness. That is, of course, totally in line with the rest of Hammer's ineptitude, but I hadn't caught that until now.

One Nasty Rumor In 'Jojo Rabbit'

Redditor u/dartmaster666 points out that a certain gag featured in the Gestapo search scene in Jojo Rabbit doesn't just come from the imagination of director Taika Waititi:

In Jojo Rabbit (2019), Captain Deertz (Stephen Merchant) tells Jojo and Inge to not believe the rumor that Hitler only has one ball. This is from the WWII song, "Colonel Bogey March," that goes "Hitler has only got one ball" and plays throughout the movie.

    He Looked Familiar In 'Mute'

Redditor u/THEMRAEN states that Rockwell reprises his role as Sam Bell from Moon in a cameo in Duncan Jones's Netflix sci-fi thriller, Mute:

In the Netflix movie Mute, there's a moment early on, where the news is covering a hearing regarding several clones called Sam Bell (Sam Rockwell). This same character was in the movie Moon, both from director Duncan Jones.
